My grandparents were from Guardiagrele, which is a village in Abruzzo. I want to see the town they lived in but am concerned because my husband and I don’t speak Italian. We are planning to travel there by train from Rome and would welcome advice on logistics, how to get around, where to stay or not stay and things we should see and do.
