Looking for a winery day trip in Tuscan y from Florence. It will just be my husband and I (pretty youthful, social 60 year olds) and we would be looking to join a small group tour. Tours by Roberto seem to be booked for my time in September. looking for recommendations from great experiences! Thank you!

I've done a couple of tours with Italy on a Budget Tours when I was in Florence and enjoyed them! Their website says they offer tours geared toward travelers aged 18-39, but I'm sure you could ask if you fall outside of that age range if it's only a suggestion. On the two tours I've been on, I remember they let you have free time to explore whichever city you're in, so it's not like you'll be stuck with the group the whole time (however I always went as a solo traveler and met some nice people both times to tag along with). Since I've last used them as a tour group, I see they have added a ton of more tours and cities to what they offer. I hope you find a great one and have fun!

We enjoyed a wine tour by a group called Grape Tours. They operate small group tours out of a small wine and cheese shop in Oltrarno. The web address is Tuscan-wine-tours.com.
