Recommendations for Tuscan Agriturismos in Summer and less than a week

Hi,

I am looking for any recommendations for Tuscan agriturismos that accept reservations for less than 7 nights in the summer time. The ones I have contacted have all required a full week. Thank you for your help.

Poggio-Etrusco has a 2 night minimum. Lovely spot just outside of Montepulciano. Delightful owners, Americans who settled in Italy a long time ago.
