I will be staying at a house rental near Scopello in early June and need to find transportation back to the Palermo airport on a Sat morning for a 9:15 flight. I inquired with one transport company who gave me a quote of 220 euros.
I do not know Sicily and need help.

Noleggio con Conducente is the Italian official designation for Car Hire with Driver.
You should get plenty of hits from that Google search. You will then have to ask for a quote online on the companies websites that come up. It’s only 45km, so it can’t possibly be more than 60€ to 80€. Below is one that came up for me, but there are many, so you should shop around.

One more thing. Scopello is a gem, and an excellent base for visiting western Sicily, however it’s a small village with just a handful of houses, therefore, if you know how to drive, you should consider renting a car, because it will be cheaper and give you plenty of flexibility to easily visit places like Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, and much more, all of which are within 45 min drive from Scopello.
