Recommendations for private driver winery tour in Tuscany from Florence

I have done a search but can't find anything very recent on this topic. Does anyone know if Guido, the sommelier, is still in business? His company (guidos tours) gets excellent reviews for private winery tours, but the latest one is from a few years ago. We will be in Florence Oct 4-7 and would love any recommendations for a sommelier led wine tour driver that can tailor the experience to your preferences and include a stop with lunch. For background, we have a good amount of wine knowledge and want to avoid the "party bus" type of tour that tends to not be as high quality of wines. That said, it's wonderful to have a guide that has a fun personality and speaks good English!

HI Jon, Great tips! Yes we want to taste Chianti and also other areas, so specializing it would be best. It all depends on what can reasonably be accomplished in one day of course! Do you know of any specific companies or people to recommend?

Followup: I just emailed the Wine School Italia asking if they knew of anyone who could drive and host a day trip, so we will see what they say. There is a company that they feature on their website that seems pretty decent, but they only do one type of wine on each trip. We are hoping for at least 2 types if possible. With a car that seems reasonable I think.

In case anyone else is looking for a private guided tour, the Wine School Italia got back to me with a terrific plan and the guide, Gabriele, gets excellent reviews, so we will be going with that!
