Recommendation for hotel near Rome Airport

We end our tour in Naples next May, but to get a better flight connection, we want to leave from the Rome Airport rather than Naples. Looks like it is not too difficult to take the train from Naples to Rome Termini and then transfer to the Leonardo Express train. I’m looking for recommendations for a hotel near the Rome Airport. Is there a shuttle service available from the Leonardo Express station at the airport to the hotels? Do hotels provide a shuttle to the airport?

The easiest choice is the Rome Airport Hilton which is connected right to the airport rail station. You can walk from the train to the hotel, and then from the hotel back into the terminal on departure day. That's about the most convenient choice.

Just to keep everything straight --
The L Express train leaves from Termini. The platform is on the far right as you face the tracks/platforms. There is no special LE station. The Hilton hotel is at the airport and you can walk to the terminal from the hotel. Unless you have a very early flight, I would recommend you stay in Rome. There is absolutely nothing around the airport to see or do. There are a couple of other hotels in the area of the airport and do have shuttles.

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Riviera. Reasonably priced, a couple blocks to the beach and they have a shuttle van for a nominal fee. Found nothing lacking with rooms and enjoyed the breakfast.

I think the ride to FCO took about 10-12 minutes. Memory a bit fuzzy, but very quick

Being able to walk to the beach the last night was a great way to wind down after a busy enjoyable trip

If your flight is super early, the Hilton at the airport isthe best choice, albeit non cheap (about 220€).
If the flight is not early, I’d stay in the city and take a taxi in the morning (48€ flat fare, 30 min ride), that way you get to enjoy your last evening in Rome.

Another vote for Hilton. We use our Hilton rewards points.

Just to clarify, there is the Rome Airport Hilton, connected to the terminals by walkways, and the Hilton Garden Inn, which is not connected to the airport and requires a shuttle bus (but is cheaper).

My personal opinion (which is not universal by any means) is the same as Roberto's. If you're not using the Rome Airport Hilton, it's just as easy to take a taxi from the center of Rome as it is to use a shuttle bus from a "Fiumicino airport hotel." If your flight is truly early, there will be no traffic, and you get door-to-door service, and you get to enjoy your last night in Rome.
