REcommendation for hotel/B & B in the Orvieto area

Has anyone stayed in any of these places in the Orvieto area?
InnaCasa, La Rocaa, Locanda Rosati or Agriturismo Croccoleta? Thoughts on the stay. Trip advisors has good things to say about them all, can't decide which is the best place, HELP!

We stayed at B&B Garibaldi in Orvieto this May and loved it. Look for our review on TripAdvisor. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g194843-d1145772-Reviews-B_B_Garibaldi_Orvieto-Orvieto_Umbria.html Ours is the one that's titled "Great Place and Wonderful Owner". If you stay there, be sure to pay extra to get the breakfast that he provides. There's a photo of the spread in the link below. Orvieto is wonderful. Here are some of the photos I took while we were there: Orvieto photos

Oh, and David the owner now has wifi. We were the guinea pigs with his new router. You can book directly with him via email to get the best price. Here's his webpage: Garibaldi

We stayed at Locanda Rosati in May for four nights and just loved it. The property is about ten minutes south of Orvieto and the inn sits on spacious grounds that include a swimming pool. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy and very charming. A great complimentary breakfast was provided and wonderful dinners were also available. The owner and staff were very gracious, warm and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I'm sure any of those places will be great, as long as you stay in the upper town.

We really liked Hotel Picchio, it is at the base of the hill and is within walking distance of the train station. It is quiet, the rooms are reasonably priced and they offer a good breakfast. It is a family run business and the owners are very friendly. It cost very little to take the funicular up to the old town and it is nice to be close to the train station for day trips to other towns.
