Good evening. My husband and I and another couple are planning a trip to Milan in April. We would like to tour the Duomo and cannot find any information for a guided tour. Does anyone have a recommendation for a guided tour? Any information is greatly appreciated.

If you check the official Duomo website ticketing page you will see tours offered. The website can be viewed in Italian or English.

In case you don't find an in-person tour that works for you, I thought the Rick Steves free to download audio tour of the Duomo and surrounding neighborhood was very good.
