We were recently in Venice and bought a ticket for the Clock Tower Tour. The English speaking tours are in the morning. Both of us loved the tour info, climbing up for a nice view overlooking the streets and out to the Grand Canal, and It included a pass to the Correr Museum. The Clock Tower was just a small group - 8 of us and the following group was even smaller. An hour well spent and sharing because it was the type of small group event that many of us look for on trips.
Thank you for the tip, Jean. We will be in Venice for 4 days, 4 weeks from now -- and, we've been there twice before. We've not gone up the tower, so we might do that, this time. :-)
Cheers,
Vivian
Vivian, purchase the ticket either on-line ( check days of the week offered) , or we just bought it at the Corrier Museum ticket office the day before. You meet at the Corrier Museum 2nd floor to begin the tour. A couple purchase theirs through Expedia, and it gave them the wrong meeting place.
