I will be in Florence in late September and am looking for a tour also. My go to (Culinary Backstreets) unfortunately only offers tours in Naples.

Eating Europe does one. While I’m generally a fan of theirs, and greatly enjoyed their Rome tours, I was a little underwhelmed by the Florence one. Mainly because of a lengthy interlude where you learn how to make Negronis. The last stop is for bisteca Fiorentina, which was a nice way to sample (and get my fill of) the iconic dish without overloading your stomach or wallet.
