Last nite in my fave city...have already gone to my usual restaurants but would like to try something new..I prefer authentic, reasonably priced food. Trastevere is a common hangout. Any suggestions? Hi Lisa, I may be too late with my response but I really like Il Mozzicone in the Borgo Pio neighborhood. Family-run place with great food. Try the grilled veal chop or the Involtini with Sugo. Plenty of seating outside. Or you can try Trattoria Varrone on or near Via Cola di Rienzo. Great antipasto platters, fettucine with fresh porcini, great grilled steaks and chops. My mouth is watering!! Enjoy!
