Has anyone used this service in Italy?
The prices sound too good to be true! I haven't been able to reach anyone in their customer service to ask questions such as whether the phones they rent have a programable feature to enter frequently called numbers, etc. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

We're considering using them for our next trip, in May. Their prices do seem really low which makes me wonder if there's some fine print somewhere that makes it cost more. The reviews I've seen have been positive, with the exception of some really suspicious comments that pop up every now and then on this and other bulletin boards. Those suspicious comments will be posted by someone who is posting for the very first and only time, solely to slam some company (rebelfone.com and vayama.com are recent victims).
