Will be in Milan one night - Oct 26 - flying in to MXP on the 26th am and flying out from MXP early morning on the 27th. Please suggest reasonable places to stay for two adults (males) with convenient access to metro. Thanks.

We stayed one night at Hotel Berna as we were flying out of Milan. www.hotelberna.com It is an easy walk from Milano Centrale and would stay here again. Have a wonderful breakfast buffet.

I second the Hotel Berna, and I've also stayed in the Hotel Garda right across the street from the Berna.
This is an excellent location to central train station and metro stations.
