Does anyone have a good recommmendation for these places? I have a small budget of 70-100 euro per night.

Stay in Anacapri instead of Capri...the latter is just way too pricey/ exclusive/ geared to the wealthy masses and will likely not meet your budget range. Anacapri is just as lovely and a better option given your budget constraints. Look at www.booking.com and use the pricing filter to see what choices are out there...you may have to adjust your budget a little bit. Naples, on the other hand, shouldn't be a problem at all.

We stayed in the Vomero neighborhood in Naples and really liked it. A b&b we wanted to stay at was Parthenope Suites Rooms. We didn't stay due to a flight of stairs to enter, but we had several great interactions with the owner. Vomero is a wonderful, safe quiet neighborhood, well served by the metro. Many great restaurants, bakeries and cafes.

I just remembered this place..IN CAPRI..affordable...it is down the road from my relative's house...the views are amazing, 2 minute walk to Gardens of Augustus amazing views...10 minute back road walk through town to main Piazzata and bus stop to Anacapri, Funicular etc. Really nice family run place. The owner lives in U.S. in off season!

Another enthusiastic vote for Orsini46 B & B in Naples, if you can get a reservation. Lovely rooms, quiet area, wonderful hosts, delicious fresh breakfast, delivered on your schedule. Reasonable prices too.
