Has anyone heard of re-selling a voucher for the Vatican breakfast/early admission to the museums? My sister's flight was changed by her airline to the next day, and she and her two sons will not be able to join us. The voucher is non-refundable, so she's losing something like $200USD.
Can she not claim it on her travel insurance? If not, I guess she could try to sell them but I don't know how.

She hasn't purchased travel insurance yet. :(
Did she book directly with the Vatican site or through a tour provider? They would be the first to ask, it may be that the tickets can be changed to a different day or to a different tour, perhaps with a small fee. So I would first contact them, if that is not possible, then ask about selling or changing the names on the reservation.
If all else fails, if a credit card was used, check with them, there may be a travel insurance benefit, a change in flight would be a valid qualifying event for any expenses incurred (Not sure if that requires purchasing Airfare on that same card)
Oooh! The credit card is a great idea. I will check with them.
Yes, we did book directly through the Vatican and they offered to switch our days. Unfortunately, we are only in Rome for 2 days before Tuscany, and the date she could do it we are seeing the Coliseum (plus, the musei vaticani are closed that day for the feast of Sts Peter and Paul).
If you find someone who wants them you can sell them or give them away. You don't need to change the name on the reservation.
The Vatican museums won't offer a refund but they will allow you to change the date and/or time of the reservation if there is availability. Go here, and follow the instructions on the 7th question.

This is only if she bought through the official website.
