I’m curious for those who have gone, how much time is allowed in the stop in Revenna on the way from Padua to Montefalco?

I recall the stop included time for lunch so it must have been a couple hours. Ravenna is fabulous. The mosaics were just fantastic.

On my VI tour in June of 2023 we spent several hours in Ravenna. Upon arrival, we met up with a local guide who took us to the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia and the Basilica of San Vitale. After, we split up to have lunch and do more sightseeing on our own.

This was our schedule when I took the tour in 2022:
8:30 board the bus
11:00 arrive in Ravenna & tour with local guide (1.5 hours)
12:30 free to have lunch and visit other sites not on the tour with local guide (most of the group went to Mercato Coperto and got piadina sandwiches for a quick lunch)
14:15 meet group in Piazza del Popolo to walk to bus

Thanks Mary, and all the responses to this question. I know from previous tours the time flies especially on these stops. It’s the price to be paid for trying to see as much as possible on this type of tour.
