Ravena tours? Share your experience

We are spending just one full day in Ravena, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a tour?

I'd just buy the combined ticket to see all the mosaic churches. Two of the sites have timed entry. Ravenna is a wonderful city that I visit every year.
