Does anyone have a suggestion on where to stay in Ravello. Also.....is this a good place to home base in Amalfi Coast. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of a place to stay, but it is up the top of the hill and a better location for lodging could be along the coast.
I've stayed in Sorrento and Positano and both were great locations. It was very easy to get all around the Amalfi coast.

Stayed two nights at Le Agave Hotel in Positano, just outside the main town (they have a shuttle into/from town). Lovely location (hotel rooms sort of "spill" down the cliff, our room had two private terraces that overlooked the sea, huge room, clean, huge modern beautiful bathroom, great on-site restaurant (also with fabulous views). Finicular (sp?) takes guest down to sea level. Ravello is lovely, so don't miss it (but not familiar with hotels there.)
