Raveena

Has anyone spent time in Raveena?
Any tips on 4/5 star hotels, places to see, etc

Thank you!

We visited in Sept 2022. There are 5-6 sites in Ravenna, and one a little out of town. We stayed 2 nights, which allowed us plenty of time to see the town. The town is not big, and is very walkable - since much of it is car-free, that's good. There is little public transport that we used - maybe buses. The main sites (a church, a baptistry, a tomb, a museum) are all on a combo-ticket which is your first stop. The combo-ticket allows you to have timed entry into certain sites. When we were there in September, there were no crowds which made it unpleasant. We didn't even have lines. We stayed in Hotel Diana, which was just fine.
