Could anyone recommend a pharmacy in Milan where we could get a rapid COVID test the day before our flight home? Somewhere near the Centrale or Cadorna train stations would be great. I read that if you wait till the day of your flight, you have to be at the airport four hours before departure time to take the test...
Lynette, did you find a place to get the test in Milan?
We got the Binax proctored test to do in our hotel room.

We used the eMed.com ordered tests too recently. I recommend them as well.
We are flying home today from Milan. Was able to get a test at the Malpensa (MXP) airport in the Arrivals area near door 4. The test cost 20 euros and took 15 minutes. I registered online at https://www.medairport.it/en/ which was linked directly from the airport website (although there was no wait and appointments were not required). There is another company doing the rapid test near the Sheraton hotel at the airport but they cost 50 euros. We had a seamless experience at the cheaper place so I’d recommend them.
We used the Med-Lin testing center at Milan Linate airport too. Of course we tested, non proctored, in our room the night before. No surprises. We had 3 hr layover at Milan airport.
Left secure area, to departures check in area, found testing center, test results in 12 minutes, back through security, to gate. 1 hour. Easy.
