raileurope problems

Has anyone else had problems dealing with raileurope for eurail passes and seat reservations? The print@home option seems to be non existent even tho the receipt says I can do it. No PDF was sent and all my queries are answered with a canned response. Thanks

You’ll get many replies slamming RailEurope over the fees they charge. This is not one of them. Call customer service at tel:800-438-7245.

I gave you some reservation options on your earlier thread. If you did purchase reservations and now believe that part of them are missing or can't be printed, then please forward those documents directly to me so that I can investigate. [email protected]

Any telephone communication with Rail Europe this week is likely to require a long wait. This is always the busiest period of the year for rail bookings, which is not helped by extra traffic from current sale offers, weeks of French rail strikes, and some issues that you already ran into in the shopping cart.

If you did not yet purchase all the reservations you need, then I would again suggest my tips for booking in Italy or Switzerland.
