does anyone know how to find rail schedules from capalbio italy to rome? I have not been successful in getting in to the trenitalia site.

Go to the official trenitalia website, not raileurope or eurail. Change the language to English. Enter the city names of Capalbio and roma termini. change the date to within this week and the time to 7 am. It will pull up the current schedules. Since the trip will be on a regional train you can only pull up the schedules within a weeks time. It looks like there is a train almost every hour between the two cities and the trip takes about an hour and 45 minutes. Donna

Here is the answer I posted on your duplicate question under "Transportation": Trenitalia has been misbehaving lately. You can use bahn.de or rail.ch ( the Swiss site) to find the schedules. I just checked and there are several direct trains each day. The journey takes about an hour and a half. I'll add that I was unable to access the Trenitalia website earlier today but maybe it is working now. If not, try one of th eothers.
