rail pass use

If I have a 6 day Eurail pass and use it to go from Orvieto to Naples in the morning, can I then use it in the afternoon on the circumvesuviana to sorrento? Also can it be used on the train between the Cinque Terre towns? I'm only talking arrival and departure days when I will be doing other train travel the same day.

You cannot use the pass on the Circumvesuviana, since it is a privately-owned rail system and not a member of the Eurail Pass community. You can use it on the Cinque Terre trains.
