Quiet Naples hotel

Can anyone recommend a quiet hotel in Naples? Austere monastery/convent rooms are no problem for us but we would like the room to be spacious with a good bed. Wondering if a 10-20-floor hotel by the water might be the best bet? Are windows double pained in places like that? Also, can anyone recommend a car and driver to take us around for 4 or 5 hours to see/explore Campi Flegrei, Baia, Cumae? Many thanks.

A quiet hotel is very important to us. We stayed at
Palazzo Alabardieri in Naples, Chiaia neighborhood, down near the waterfront. It is down a side street so no water views but it is quiet! Wonderful breakfast!

I was there a long time ago--2005--but recall that the Alabardieri was a lovely hotel and not in a noisy area.

Orsini46 B & B was wonderful and memorable. Quiet building, quiet area, spacious, near the water. Great breakfast delivered to your room on your schedule, although that was when I stayed there a bunch of years ago. BUT it has only 3 rooms and is very popular, so is often fully booked.
