Can anyone recommend a quiet hotel within a short walking distance to attractions in Palermo that includes breakfast? We will be in Palermo for 4 or 5 days late April/May 2026. Also, we would like a day trip to Agrigento. Is there a tour company you would recommend?

Is there a quiet area in Palermo? JK, We loved Palermo.
This inn was right off a busy area of Palermo. However, it was never noisy in the BnB. The breakfast was amazing served on a terrace overlooking a charming part of Palermo. It was moderately priced, we had a large room with a Juliette balcony. Management was very pleasant and helpful. It is located in a former mansion. There are stairs.

We just stayed at the Locanda Santamarina Dimora di Charme, via Candedelai, 68. Is is a beautiful hotel in a recently renovated historic building. It is on a quiet street a block away from via Masqueda which is a pedestrian only street. We were able to walk to most sites and many restaurants and markets.i hope to return some day.
Thanks for the hotel recommendation. We booked a room at the Delle Vittorie in the rooftop suite. Although it’s right in town they have soundproof windows to keep the noise from the street out.
What were some of your best sites to visit in Palermo? We will only be in Palermo for 4 full days and want to visit Agrigento. Did you use a tour company in Palermo?
