Just booked seats on Trenitalia and have our seats on the confirmation tickets. However, in parentheses it says "mandatory reservation." Now what...do I still have to reserve or confirm at the train station or I am good to ride?

Tiffany , your information is vague . A few questions to try to help . From where to where ; did you register on the trenitalia site before you booked ; what dates ; are there seat and carriage numbers on the print out ; is there a PNR code ? More information will help everyone to help you !!

Tiffany , you are OK ! Most of the problems people face with trenitalia in the past seem to have stemmed from non registration. The email you have constitutes a " ticketless " ticket , You need only show that print out to the conductor on the train and you're all set . The PNR code is the confirmation of your ticket and seat and carriage reservation . Have a great time !!
