Questions re: Scrovengi Chapel entry timing and access to the included museums in Padova / Padua

I have gone through a number of posts on this helpful forum but not quite finding the answers (or raise new thoughts)

Sorry for what may seem like a bunch of trivial questions but trying to work out a route with tight timing and "doing less not more" considering the anticipated heat in Padova in August.

We want to book tickets for Scrovengi Chapel. We will be taking the train from Venice with only a small day pack (actually a lighty packed Rick Steves Civita day pack (an excellent product BTW)). So will need a little extra time to locate and use a locker for the day pack. I think coins are needed?

We also want to visit the Eremitani Civic Museum and the Zuckermann Palace. Not sure which or both - interested in the applied sciences and seeing what people used / lived with. Entry to those two museums is included in the price of the Scrovengi Chapel ticket.

However, it is unclear to me on how entry to those two museums are controlled by the Scrovengi Chapel ticket. For example, can I book my ticket for the Chapel for today at 5:00 pm and still use the ticket at one of the other museums tomorrow, or must it be a same day visit?

How early can I pick up my Chapel tickets and how early MUST I pick up the chapel tickets?

Their website is unclear. i.e. GROUPS (emphasis mine) must pick up 45 minutes prior. And something separate about arriving 5 minutes before. I know there is a video to watch before the actual chapel entry and allow time to dehumidify. So that 15 (?) minute "prep time" I assume begins at my timed 5:00 pm entry time, then go into the chapel at 5:15, and exit 15 minutes later at 5:50. Is that how the timing works?

We did that last September. We had no problem getting same-day Chapel tix. The city museum was not at all crowded. We simply went from the Chapel to the Chapel museum to the city museum. We did all 3 in about 4 hours.

I don't remember much that will help you except this: it takes a few minutes to walk from the entry area where you'll pick up your ticket to the Chapel itself, so do allow time for that. I think I was browsing in the museum before my entry time and had to rush out to the Chapel. I was using the Urbs Picta card (new name for the city sightseeing card), rather than just a ticket to the Chapel and whatever else that ticket includes, so your experience might be different.

Thanks, for the replies.

We will be using the Urbs Picta card and decided to book a (very) late afternoon entry to the chapel. And will now arrive early afternoon and stop at the TI at the train station to find out if the entry to the "Scrovengi included" museums are only on the same day as the chapel entry or not. Being as the evening Chapel visits do not included the other museums is what led me to question if the other museum access is only for the same day as the chapel.

I would prefer to visit the other museums the following day but the if only the same day then we will still have time to fit it in. The answer will determine the order of when we go to check into our hotel (before the museums and chapel or first to the museums then the chapel and using the lockers for our daypack, then check into our hotel early evening) .

Fortunately the TI and the chapel are nearby the train station where we arrive so not a lot of backtracking to find out.

I will try to remember to come back here and post how it worked for our visit.
