We wanted to set up a Golf Cart tour for the day we arrive in Rome. We wanted to leave time for Arrival, driving to the hotel and dropping off the luggage.
How much time should we allow - so we are not late for the tour ?

You are assuming that you will arrive on time. Where are you arriving at? Where are you arriving from? If you are flying in on a transatlantic flight, it's a risk to have any booked, nonrefundable reservations for your arrival day. If you are a gambler, allow a minimum of 4 hours.

Wise words form CJean. There's no way I'd pre-book ANY tour for arrival day as there's too much that might not go according to plan, including a nasty case of jet lag that might make the experience anything but enjoyable.
