I mailed a request for tickets to Vatican City over 2 weeks ago, and I have not gotten a confirmation. Will this be emailed to me? Does anyone have any experience with this procedure?
I have also been trying to fax my request, but the number provided always seems to be busy.
I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
I don't remember how long it took but it did take awhile. It was more like 2 months than weeks if I remember correctly, we were there in 2012.

Thank you! I think the problem may be that we need the tickets in September and it appears they only have the July and August calendars up.
We received an email confirming the tickets this week. It took about 3 weeks from when I mailed the request.
