Question about Friends of Uffizi Card

I just bought the Friends of the Uffizi card. With the exception of the Uffzi do we have to queue for all the rest of the museums? On the return email from them that's what it says. Is there a quicker queue that we stand in or is the wait going to be long? I'm particually worried about Galleria dell'Accademia and Palazzo Pitti Thanks.

You should be able to go to a shorter line at the Accademia - I think we were directed to the lineup for people with reservations when we arrived there even though we didn't have any. I haven't experienced long lineups at the Pitti Palace - but again you should be able to "skip" the long line ups. You can ask the people managing the lines where to go - show them your card and they will direct you to the right spot.

I have to agree with Shirley . Late September , and Florence was fairly busy . The Pitti Palace was a breeze in , The Uffizi . very busy . The Accademia ; this is a bit of a nuanced answer . While there is a fair amount of beautiful art to see there , most visitors have come for the David , and as a result , go through quickly . While the lines may be long , they move more quickly as the crowds filter in and out pretty fast . The other museums didn't pose any wait to get in as far as we experienced .
