We are in the process of planning our October trip to Tuscany and can't decide whether to do b&b or farm stay.
Specifically, do the apartments on farms typically provide a coffee pot? Thankfully we don't suffer jet lag but we do wake up very early the first few days and coffee is a must at that point.

I have stayed in apartments in Italy dozens of times and all had some sort of coffee pot. About half the apartments even had a small amount of coffee.

Since I posted this it occurred to me that ee can always buy a small coffee pot if necessary.
At this point we're definitely leaning toward the farm apartments because they provide so much more room. Thanks again.
