I plan to purchase tickets for 8 people for the Colosseum/Roman Forum/Palatine Hill online from the official site https://www.coopculture.it/en/colosseo-e-shop.cfm I believe I've read that you can only purchase 6 tickets in a single transaction, so I'll need to purchase 6 and then 2 in separate transactions. Will the receipt only list my name (as was the case when I purchased a tour from the Vatican Museum site even though I had to enter the names of each person in the group)? Can I charge both transactions to my credit card but put my name on one transaction and the name of another person in the group on the other transaction?

I don't really know the answer to this, but I will say that when we presented our voucher at the colosseum, they just took the paper into an office and came back out with two tickets that they handed us. No one was checking us in by name or comparing our voucher to any ID at all. I could have been anyone with that voucher in my hand.
