Purchasing Opera Tickets

I will be going on my first trip to Europe this April and I saw that Tosca will be at the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma. I would love to go if there are affordable tickets available, but I found conflicting information on the websites I found. Some websites listed all the shows as sold out, but I came upon the divento.com website, which appears to have tickets. Another thing is that the divento website had two separate links to get tickets for Tosca.

1) Does anyone know Divento.com is a reputable website?

2) The two separate links describe the seating differently. One website describes it as Zone 1 and Zone 2, and the other website describes it as First category, Second category and Third category. Does anyone know what the difference is?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Tickets through the direct seller Vivaticket.com are sold out. You can always find tickets through a ticket broker live Divento. The brokers sell tickets for more than face value (they have to make a living) but you will be able tickets through them.

Thanks! That clears things up. I don't mind paying a little more to see an opera in Italy, so I'll give Divento.com a try.
