Wondering if anyone has had difficulty using the firenzemusei.it? I am only able to purchase (1) ticket for the visit time chosen. Thanks for your help.

Looking at test-booking the Uffizzi for Wednesday, for example, I have no trouble requesting two tickets for the last slot of the day (the only one with space available in this case). On the page where you choose your timeslot, you use the plus sign to add additional people, before adding to the shopping cart. Perhaps you just got unlucky and chose a timeslot with only one ticket left?
