I am looking to purchase the Gold 365 card for my wife and me, spending 3 weeks in Naples area. 2 questions I'd appreciate help with... I have registered myself on my Iphone. Do I need to make a separate registration and purchase for my wife or will I just purchase 2 passes under my account? Second question is that Gold card doesn't appear to include transportation....which I believe would be handy? . Suggestions about doing that? Thanks...

I bought 2 Gold 365 cards in 2022, and to the best of my recollection, I purchased 2 passes under my account. It didn't include transportation, which wasn't an issue for us since we were using Askos guides for transportation - and we were staying across the street from the Amphitheater entrance to Pompeii.
I don't know if it was the app, my Android phone, or my skillset, but it was always a struggle to get the app open when I tried to use it.
There is a "L'arte in Campania" guide available for free - look for it at your hotel. It offers a brief description and photos of every attraction covered by the card. I don't know how often it is updated, but I am still using it as a reference for future trip planning. It's a very well-done guide.
