We will be spending 3 weeks in Puglia region in September. Looking for recommendations for winery experiences and/or cheese tasting and or pasta making classes? Basically looking for any wonderful experience you had in Puglia and can recommend? Grazie

While I don't have personal experience with this cooking school I've seen good reviews for https://awaitingtable.com/ which has courses in or near Lecce.
