Has anyone enjoyed time in Northern Puglia? We are looking for lodging in the area east of Foggia and would love any ideas. Also if anyone has done walks/hikes in the national parks nearby, we'd love to hear your tips.

Not sure how far east of Foggia you're wanting to go. We spent a few days in Vieste and also visited Peschici. We really enjoyed the area and would love to go back with our own transportation (we were on public) and have time in the national park. We also spent several days in Trani and really enjoyed that town.
