Will be in Puglia from Sep 22-Sep 29 and looking for some recommendations for specific places to do olive oil tastings/tour.
Will have a car so transportation is no issue. Preferably somewhere outside of town for the scenic views!

I visited Azienda Agricola Savoia Savoia website for a tour and tasting last fall. It is near Fasano and not far from Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. I was with a small group tour of ten but their website indicates they do private tours and tastings.
