The Awaiting Table, based in Lecce, has such good cooking classes that my husband who has taken many cooking classes all over Italy is now campaigning for us to stay in Lecce a third time just so he can take one of their week-long courses. https://awaitingtable.com/cookery-courses-italy/short-courses/
