Puglia Cooking Class Recommendation

Would appreciate cooking class recommendations from experience in Matera, Lecce or Martina Franca.

We had planned a week-long class for the both of us at The Awaiting Table in Lecce for later this year, but have had to postpone the trip. They look fantastic, and do one-day classes, too. You enroll via e-mail.

Other thoughts:

The organization Cesarine presents Italian cooks who put together their own lessons, and they’re throughout Italy. Start with their Website https://cesarine.com/en/search/italy/filters?adultsPax=1. and enter Martina Franca in the search box, and see what comes up. We loved Martina Franca while we stayed there last year, but didn’t take any classes.

Another place in Lecce, and we ate in their excellent restaurant one night, but they also offer cooking classes, is Alle Due Corti.
