Public transportation to Orvieto, from airport??

I'm arriving at FCO airport mid day, & mid week and need to get to Orvieto that same day. In my research I'm confused about if it's possible to find a train that goes from the airport or do I need to transfer at the main train station to make it work?

You will need to transfer at Roma Termini or Tiburtina
For example

12:08 Fiumicino Aeroporto (Airport)
12:40 Roma Termini (Rome)
RV 3277
1st 20 min transfer time
13:00 Roma Termini (Rome)
14:20 Orvieto

or

14:12 Fiumicino Aeroporto (Airport)
15:00 Roma Tiburtina (Rome)
RE 22065
2nd 10 min transfer time
15:10 Roma Tiburtina (Rome)
16:25 Orvieto
