Public transportation to and from Residence Marsa Sicla 2 in Sampieri/Ragusa, Sicily

I am trying to see if there is a bus that runs to this resort. If not, how close is the nearest public transport, and how much does it generally cost to take a taxi to this resort if we can't take a bus.
