What is the best public transportation to use to get from Trastevere to the Galleria Borghese?

Well, it depends on where you'll be in Trastevere and what you consider "the best" to be. Me, I don't ride buses so they are not the best. I prefer the metro. You could take the metro to the termini station, switch lines and get off at the Barberini stop. I'm sure there is a bus or tram that will get you there as well, but I don't know which one it would be. Donna

You can catch the #63 bus off Via Arenula which is a stop on the #8 tram that runs from Trastevere. But the simplest way is to take a cab.
