public transport from venice to badia to trek in the Dolomites

I want to know the most cost effective way to get from Venice to Badia, ?
Also from Cortina to get back to Venice

Ready for this? Week days.
Train to Verona,
Train to Bolzano,
Train to Ponte Gardena,
Bus 350 to Selva Plan
Bus 471 (beginning 6/14/2015) to Corvara in Badia.
Start at 6:20 and arrive at destination at 13:33. May also be later connections.

There are two buses per day weekdays from Cortina to Venice Mestre. Spring schedules (stay tuned for summer).
