We are going to Rome for a week then to Florence for a week, then back to Rome for 3 days, in late Sept and Oct.
Although we were there in 2024, I have forgotten if I can use our iphone to pay for tickets for everything as far as public transit goes. Can we?
Also, if we are going to the Piazza Navona area where we are staying, google maps says we can take a “Terravision” bus I think. What is that and is that the best public transit way to get to Piazza Navona from the airport?

Thanks to google I have just learn that Terravision is a bus company. Google Maps seems to think their buses stop at FCO airport and close to Piazza Navona.
According to their site, the Terravision buses from FCO stop at Termini Station and at the Vatican City. I may be wrong, but I think that the Pope lives on the wrong side of the River if you are headed to Piazza Navona.

The cheapest way from Fiumicino to Piazza Navona is with the bus.
Both Terravision and SitBusShuttle can take you to their Vatican stop situated on Via Crescenzio, near Piazza Cavour. From there it’s a 15 min walk to Piazza Navona. Both buses are at the Bus Bay at T3 (see below)

The fastest and most convenient way is of course the taxi from the taxi stand in front of T3. However that is a 55€ flat fare.
