See p. 827, in the Rome chapter of Italy 2020. He doesn't include the company among his recommendations for Florence or Venice, for instance.

We did three Walks of Italy tours in May, two in Rome and one in Venice. Loved the tours. The company was very easy to work with when registering. Call or email them for the discount code.
Also Eating Europe has a new 30% off Flex Pass. We enjoyed their Sunday Jewish Quarter tour in Rome.
