I just reserved tickets for the Vatican, but I'm having problems confirming the reservation via the email link they provided to me. It says "In order to confirm your reservation please click on the following link within the next 20 minutes." When I click on the link, it says "Authorization Denied." I don't know what to do? Any suggestions? Thanks!

I read on another posting that going in after 12 noon there were no lines in early July. This was several years ago. Does anyone have any knowledge if this is true. It just seems like you have to go to some line to pay cash for your tickets anyway so what line will you be lead to I wonder? Why pay an extra 4 euro per ticket if you still have to wait in line? I also got a posting that email has been sent but no such email ever sent. Guess I will email them like Pam did but if this is broken process what will

I had the same issue, tried the reservation again, and it worked the second time. I have also emailed them regarding another thing, and they are extremely responsive via email.

This is more for Joe's question. You get into a separate line for people that have reservations, which is far quicker than those that don't. Even once inside, you still go up to a different ticket window, so I would highly, highly recommend getting a reservation. We went at 9 a.m. as soon as it opened it was already packed (last week), though not sure what it would be like at noon in July.
