We are traveling to Italy in about a week and for the life of me, I cannot seem to get the EU Digital Passenger Locator Form to work. I register and it looks like it goes thru, but then I never received the confirmation email to complete the registration. The email is not in my spam folder and it's not in the trash. So, I just tried logging in and the message says "Login Failed" So, then I try to register again and I get the message that asks me if I am sure I am not already registered.
I am using Safari. I have cleared my cookies and cache and have done this over and over and the same thing happens. Anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Try using a different web browser, Chrome, FireFox, Edge, etc.

Another possible solution, since it's late in Italy, their computers could be going thru maintenance like some business websites do here in the US. Try again during normal Italy business hours.

Well, I don't know what I did but I got in and was able to complete the registration and the locator form without receiving the email confirmation that the website said would be sent to complete the registration. I did reset my password though as I thought maybe it was too long. I did receive an email to reset that. Maybe that was the issue? Not sure what happened but I'm a happy camper now. Thank you for your suggestions.
