Problems using the Doge's palace ticket booking site

I'm trying to book tickets for a specific date and time at the Doge's palace in Venice. I pick my ticket type, number, and date / time but it will not let me buy them. In the message below the names of the Palazzo and Museo are links, but they dump me back at the top of the site, and I cannot see any way to set what it wants me to set. Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks
Pete

Yes - that is the one that I am on. When I click to buy tickets for the Doge's palace I see this message:

You have to choose the date of your visit.
You must buy tickets for the Doge's Palace, choosing the time of entry.
You must also choose the time of entry (on the same day or up to 3 days after) for the Correr Museum National Archaeological Museum and the monumental rooms of the Marciana Library are also included).

Then after I fill out everything I can find, I get stuck at the message that I mentioned in the original post.

I don't know what's going on; I've never bought a ticket for the Doge's Palace. But it doesn't hurt to try these two things:

Switch browsers.
Switch devices (PC/tablet/smartphone)

I know TicketMaster has twice failed for me in the US when I tried to use Edge rather than Chrome.

Thanks for the suggestion - I just tried it again and it let me go through the booking process for the palace, then through it again for the Correr, and then let me buy tickets. Each time I had to change the number of tickets I was buying from zero to two, which is why I originally thought it was kicking me out to the start.

Hi I am try to book this ticket too but in Oct. There four different ticket types: MUSEUM PASS, MUSEI DI PIAZZA SAN MARCO - PALAZZO DUCALE, PALAZZO DUCALE IN ESCLUSIVA, I MONDI DI MARCO POLO.
Which one to choose from? Thank you.

Partial answer:

The Musei di San Marco ticket covers other museums around Piazza San Marco in addition to the Doge's Palace. I believe the Correr is one of them. The Museum Pass includes several others that aren't on Piazza San Marco. You should be able to Google those terms and get complete information.

The Marco Polo ticket is for a special exhibition at the Doge's Palace. A friend was told today that after seeing the Doge's Palace, she will be able to show that ticket at the Marco Polo exhibition to qualify for a discounted €2 ticket to the exhibition.
