I purchased train tickets through .italio from Florence to Venice for May 13, 2020. I have printed the Ticket Code and the information such as Train #, seats, payment, etc, but when I go into the .italio mobile app and try to pull up the tickets with the Ticket Code it says it cannot find the Ticket Code. Do I need to worry about this or is it just too early for them to be brought up on their site? Any information would be helpful. I searched but couldn't find any information regarding this.
